Add support for non-AD asset dependent accounts when using SPP Asset Accounts (4380865)

When using the SPP Asset platform, the dependent accounts shows all accounts available for selection but it only works with Active Directory accounts. This is by design as the SPP Source does not know the asset type on the SPP target. 

This does not work for any secret types that do not currently have support via dependent platforms.

The SPP source host doesn't know the asset type of the target and thus shows the option for dependent assets, even though it may not be applicable.

Enhancement Request # 543135 was created for consideration in a future version of SPP subject to successful QA testing and Product Management approval.
