DBQueue task "Procedures for creating approval methods" is in reset -
Description
The DBQueue task "Procedures for creating approval methods" shows in a reset status within Job Queue info and never completes. Looking at the system journal the following error is displayed:
Invalid object name 'dbo.ARS_FTITShopRulerPA'

Resolution
The issue is due to the approval procedure PA, it is used by the out of the box approval policy "Approval of AD group membership requests II". The PA approval procedure requires the configuration parameter TargetSystem\ADS\ARS_SSM to be enabled, if this is enabled then this approval process will trigger correctly, if it is disabled then the DBQueue task will be in reset.
