When process steps in the JobQueue have the status OVERLIMIT, JobQueueInfo displays a context-menu option to Re-enable job.
However, selecting this option has no effect and the status of the process steps does not change, and no related log entry is generated.
This issue only affects the JobQueueInfo tool.
The same operation works correctly when executed through the Object Browser.
This behavior is caused by a defect introduced during a redesign of the JobQueueInfo internal code to standardize method calls.
As a side effect, JobQueueInfo no longer calls the required backend method (ResetOverlimit) when attempting to re-enable process steps that are in OVERLIMIT state.
This issue is tracked under Product Defect #518723.
Workaround:
Until the fix is applied, affected customers can use the following working workaround:
Navigate to:
Object Browser -> Navigation -> JobQueue -> Actions -> Re-enable OVERLIMIT process step

Executing this action correctly resets the status and re-enables the affected process steps.
