The Password Manager Workflow Service crashes when any user changes their password via Password Manager.

The issue occurs when setting no limits for the Maximum Password Length and setting the Special Characters Disallowed rule to 1-128.

Status:
The Password Manager product team has raised defect #650531 to include a fix in a future version of Password Manager.

Matching the Maximum Password Length and the Special Disallowed Characters last position (128) does not trigger the issue:
