MC1172532: Deprecation of Exchange Web Services in Exchange Online. Starting with 9.3 we have moved to using Graph API. (#433363)

There is no plan to downport this to 9.2.x. as the necessary changes amount to generating a SP.

WORKAROUND:

1.) Affected is only the part for IM to connect to a mailbox and iterate through approval mails.
2.) Sending emails is not affected at all.
3.) Instead of using mail approvals customers can still use.
    a.)    sending mails with links to the portal instead of mail replies.
    b.)   or cloud assistant if they do not want redirection to the portal.
