The following error can be seen while deploying the sap connector or after an upgrade "Could not load file or assembly 'sapnco' Version -3.1.0.42 ,Culture-neutral, PublicKeyToken-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The system cannot find the file specified"

Cause
The following files were not uploaded with software loader
sapnco.dll
sapnco_utils.dll -
Resolution
On the SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET download page, ensure to download the latest the x64 connector listed under the heading "Compiled for .NET (formerly .NET Core)"
Please be advised that a subscription to SAP is required to download this connector.
Once extracted, copy the two dll's listed below to the Identity Manager installation directory and install them with software loader
sapnco.dll
sapnco_utils.dll
