Unable to create a New process in Designer -
Description
In Designer, when attempting to create a new custom process, the "New" button is grayed out. Are there missing permissions that would cause this?

Cause
This is by design.

Resolution
To be able to create a new process, select "Custom Processes" and under "Tasks" choose the option "Create a new process".
