The One Identity Manager 9.2.1 environment exhibits an automatic session refresh issue when users access the One Identity web portal. Upon initial login, users receive the error message “Your session has expired”, despite having a valid session. To proceed, users must either manually refresh the page or dismiss the message and then attempt to log in again. This behavior occurs consistently and degrades the user experience.

This issue has been resolved in IMODSE version 9.3.x. If you require an immediate fix while using IMOD 9.2.1, please contact Support and request a hotfix, referencing issue #652702.
