Inconsistent behavior on table PersonWantsOrg for ValidUntil and ValidUntilProlongation (4382024)

There is an inconsistency that the ValidUntil and ValidUntilProlongation columns in the PersonWantsOrg table behave differently . When a normal order is placed in the end user portal, There is no option to select the time. The system automatically sets the time for ValidUntil to 11:59:59 PM in the default setting.

If an end user then wants to extend/renew the same product by a month, for example, the time, which also cannot be selected, is set to 12:00:00 AM. This means that the system is not behaving consistently
