On the PMSelfService site, the Question and Answer (Q&A) sections may appear in an incorrect or broken format when accessed during the register workflow. This can affect readability and user input, often because of special characters, such as single quotes, in the text.
Example:
When using ( ' ) single quote, the question in the invalid text is as follows:

WORKAROUND
Instead of using a single quote ('), use a backtick/apostrophe character (`) in your text. This prevents the Q&A content from breaking and ensures proper formatting during registration.
