When investigating performance issues on a client machine using Safeguard Privilege Manager for Windows, standard logging levels may not provide sufficient detail for root cause analysis.
To assist with troubleshooting, detailed client-side logs must be collected with maximum logging enabled.
Follow the steps below to enable maximum logging and collect the required diagnostic data:
On the affected client machine, configure the following registry setting:
Setting the LogLevel to 9999 enables maximum logging for the Privilege Manager client.

Restart the system to ensure the new logging level is applied correctly.
After the reboot:
Please collect the following log files:
Compress the collected log files and provide them to the support team for further analysis.
