Incorrect active sessions due to missing protocol and session start -
Description
Some active, hanging sessions under the Audit / Search menu may show N/A start and end times.

Cause
The reason for this behaviour is that the "protocol" value of these sessions was not filled at session start.

Resolution
STATUS: Defect # 542549 has been raised with our Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Sessions.
