Description
In the Active Roles Console, as an Active Roles Admin, the option to Convert to Dynamic Group is missing.

Cause
The Dynamic Group policy is blocked on the container where this Dynamic Group resides, or on a Managed Unit which resolves on this group.

Resolution
Navigate to the Dynamic Group policy which is located here:
Configuration/Policies/Administration/Builtin/Built-in Policy - Dynamic Groups
Review and remove any blockages as desired.
