Dedicated or Granular Permissions for SPP Administrators (4382546)

There is no possibility to assign dedicated or granular permissions for SPP administrators. Administrator permissions such as (Asset, Security Policy) can change credentials of all Accounts. 

- Administrator could accidentally change Password of an Account that is not in his responsibility. 
- User with Owner rights on an account has the possibility to delete this account despite only needing the right to change the password.
