In Identity Manager 9.3, a custom where clause configured for "System entitlement ownership / Eligible system entitlements" is not reflected in the Web Portal.
After configuring the filter via the API Administration Portal (e.g. TSB/BusinessOwnerConfig/TSB_BusinessOwnership_Filter_UNSGroup), the Web Portal still displays system entitlements based on the original/default where clause.
This is a known issue where the Web Portal does not apply the custom where clause defined in the configuration.
As a result, the portal continues to use the default query instead of the customized filter, even though the configuration is set correctly.
Customers encountering this issue should request hotfix #702190 from One Identity Support.
This hotfix ensures that the Web Portal correctly applies the configured custom where clause for eligible system entitlements.
