Request History search shows "too many results" warning despite empty result set (4382933)

When searching in Request History, users may see a "too many search results" warning (yellow triangle), even though the result list is empty.

This typically occurs in environments where:

• delegations are heavily used
• and custom viewing conditions are applied to hide delegation-related requests

For example, searching for the term "delegation" returns no visible results, yet the warning is still displayed.

This issue is caused by a product defect related to the SearchAfterLoad configuration flag.

• The flag is applied too late in the request lifecycle
• As a result, the system evaluates the unfiltered result set (before applying viewing conditions)
• If the unfiltered results exceed the configured limit (Common\Indexing\DefaultResultLimit), the warning is triggered

Even though the final (filtered) result set is empty, the warning is still shown.
