When a user logs on into the Password Manager Self-Service site, instead of being presented with a workflow menu, a warning displays: "The Register Task is Disabled. The User's Account is Locked"

This warning is shown by design, it means that the user has been locked out of their Active Directory (AD) account and has never registered with Password Manager before.
Since the user is locked out of their Active Directory account and has not yet registered with Password Manager, they must contact their Help Desk or Password Manager admin to get their account unlocked.
