Support of custom defined non-ObjectLayer tables. -
Description
The OneIM database schema can be extended with custom defined tables.
The current versions only support the creation of tables that can be accessed at the object level.
For that, a couple of objects are created in DialogTable, DialogColumn, ...For different use cases it can make sense to have custom defined tables only in the SQL layer.
These would have to be created with a SQL query (as already required for custom defined functions, triggers and procedures). To make this work, a lot of changes are required in the product.
