There is a requirement to integrate ARS with ServiceNow. Starling Connect - ServiceNow connector is being used. Unfortunately provisioned users in ServiceNow have a blank "User ID":

Workaround:
1.- Create a new ARS VA named edsvauserName stored in the Config DB
2.- Create a new ARS Policy that updates the new VA edsvauserName with the value required (for example samAccountName) when a new user account is created under the scoped container.
Note: Make sure to have the ARS SaaS provisioning policy linked to any OUs which contain Deprovisioned users. So that when an AD user is deleted from the Deprovisioned OU, they are also deleted in SNOW. Or if a user is undo-deprov, the operation is applied to SNOW too.
3.- Configure a Starling Connect ServiceNow connector:

4.- Join One Identity Starling from the Active Roles Configuration Center tool:

5.- Configure and scope an ARS "Autoprovisioning in SaaS products" policy
