Builtin gMSA policy link scope not preserved after configuration import -
Description
When performing a clean installation followed by an import of an existing configuration, the upgrade process fails to maintain custom scopes for the Built-in Policy - gMSA - Default Rules to Generate Properties.- Default Scope: If the policy is scoped to the default Active Directory root, the setting is preserved correctly.
- Custom Scope: If the policy is targeted to a specific Organizational Unit (OU) or a link other than the Active Directory root, the upgrade process fails to retain that custom scope and automatically reverts it back to the default Active Directory root.

Cause
Product Defect 724484.

Resolution
The configuration scope should remain exactly as it was before the upgrade. Product Defect 724484 has been created to include a permanent fix in an upcoming release.
