Description
While Active Roles Change History captures OU attribute modifications like description edits, it excludes permission-level updates such as linked Access Templates. Active Roles currently lacks a native auditing mechanism to identify who modified OU permissions.

Enhancement request 725942 has been created to be considered for a future release of the product, allowing OU permission modifications to generate a Change History entry.
