Connection data processing blocked due to failing helath check
Description

The connection data processing can be blocked due to an internal health check failing repeatedly.
Cause

The issue is caused by an unexpectedly large pending-task wait time returned by the search database. As a result, the processing service restarted instead of continuing normally.
Resolution

Workaround

Restart each affected node.

Solution

Defect ID #728250 will address the issue in a future version of the product.
