SSOWatch is unable to correctly detect a Java application. SSOWatch may not detect the window, or the text fields are populated incorrectly.
Detection issues can occur if the Java VM has been installed OR upgraded after the SSOWatch software. In either case you MUST reinstall the SSOWatch java plugin.
1. From Programs and Features | QESSO Client | Change | Modify | Ensure that SSOJava plugin has been installed
2. To configure the SSOWatch Java plug-in, run the following command:
8.0.2 and below
"%programfiles%\Quest\SSOWatch\ssojsecfg.exe" /install /all
8.0.3 and above
"%programfiles%\Quest Software\QESSO Controller\ssojsecfg.exe" /install /all
8.0.5 and 8.0.6:
"%programfiles%\Quest Software\Enterprise SSO\ssojsecfg.exe" /install /all
3. Ensure that SSOWatch/SSOStudio is started before the Java application/applet.
