How to Change Password in a HLLAPI Configuration?
The technical reference for SSO in HLLAPI application must conform to the following information:
When a password change is required, the actions to be done can be to send SSO data, among which you can specify:
Send password (meaning: sending OLD password)
Send new password (meaning: a new password is either generated or asked to the user)
Send confirm password (meaning: the same than new) (mandatory)
If the confirm password is to be sent in the same window than the new password, both "new password" and "confirm password" should be set in the action list of the "new password window".
If the confirm password is to be sent in another window than the new password, set "new password" in the action list of the "new password window" and "confirm password" in the action list of the "confirm password window".
If NO confirm password is required by the application, set "confirm password" in the action list of the "new password window".
The reason is that the password is sent to QESSO on sending of the "confirm password", and also the SSO state evolves at this time.
