Quest Enterprise Single Sign-On (QESSO) provides Emergency Access (SOS) options so that users can reset passwords and/or PINs with Advanced Login.
The questions are configured within the user profile itself (See section 5.3.2 of the Console Admin Guide for more about this).
When you make changes to existing questions or add new questions are users required to renew their Q&A profile?
When an existing question is updated or modified, users will not have to answer the question again or update their profile.
In the case of new questions being added on the user profile, the user will need to renew their Q&A profile by providing an answer to the new question as well as provide the answers for any previously defined questions.
In the case of the number of questions required being lowered ("Number of questions to configure" option on the "Emergency Access" tab), users will be required to reset their Q&A information as well.
