SSO Server unresponsive and not failing over
Server is in a zombie state (running, accepts a network connect, but does not respond to any messages set to it) then there is no fail over and the client keeps trying to use the same zombie server.
WORKAROUND:
Edit the registry and add the following registry key:
HKLMSOFTWAREEnatelWiseGuardFrameWorkDebugDebugFmkServer (REG_SZ) = WGSS_server_hostname
The registry key forces the WGSS client to connect to a specific WGSS server:
