After upgrading Active Roles, Users who have been Deprovisioned in a previous version cannot be Undo-Deprovisioned in the new version. The following error is encountered:
Administrative Policy returned an error. The account cannot be restored because information on the deprovisioning of the account is missing from the data store. Possible reason: An error occurred when the user account was deprovisioned
WORKAROUND 1
Using the Active Roles Configuration Center, import the Management History data from the old Management History database to the new Management History database in order to de-provision the users.
WORKAROUND 2 (Recommended if Management History information is not available)
Manually Undo-Deprovision users by doing the following:
