When selecting Ctrl + Alt + Del on on Windows 7 the SPE/GINA does not appear. Only when selecting switch user does the SPE/GINA appear

Resolution
When selecting Ctrl + Alt + Del on Windows 7 the SPE/GINA does not appear is by design, due to changes made between Windows XP and Windows 7. The placement of the SPE/GINA in the ctrl + Alt + Del screen in Windows 7 is not available, the SPE/GINA is only available in the "switch user" window.
