The workstation cannot reach the SSO repository (AD or ADAM/ADLDS)
- Check for network connectivity to AD or the correct ADAM instance.
- Check that you ran the workstation configuration wizard with the proper settings.
The workstation cannot reach any QESSO controller
- Check for network connectivity to the controller (DNS resolution, port 3644 open).
- Check that you ran the workstation configuration wizard with the proper settings.
- Check that the service is running on the controller.
- Check that the Manage Access Points option is configured the same on both the QESSO Client and QESSO Controllers (You can check through the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\Config\ManageAccessPoints or by using the Workstation Configuration tool).
The QESSO controller cannot reach the SSO repository
- Check for network connectivity to AD or the correct ADAM instance from the controller.
- Check that service account is properly configured, and working (not locked, disabled, or password expired).
