Description
vas_status is showing the following
FAILURE: Unable to locate table usn_cache in
/var/opt/quest/vas/vasd/vas_misc.vdb
CRITICAL: 213 The local DB cache is missing one or more needed tables.
Result: <Critical test(s) failed> (3 seconds)(v0.5.4) -
Cause
CAUSE 1:
Possible problem with the license file or missing license.
CAUSE 2:
/var is full or disk issues

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
Take a look at the license file located in '/etc/opt/quest/vas/.licenses'.
Make sure that your license is in there and that it has not be altered in anyway.
RESOLUTION 2:
Rejoin the system to add by using a vastool join -f command. For example: /opt/quest/bin/vastool -u administrator join -f example.com
