ActiveRoles Server has been upgraded but you cannot perform Undo Deprovision for accounts that were deprovisioned before the upgrade.
The information necessary to undo deprovision is kept in Change History. This information is not copied during the upgrade because of the potential large size of the database which can seriously impact the upgrade process.
ActiveRoles Server 6.x
For ActiveRoles Server 6.9 and below, the product ships with a tool called Management History Migration Wizard which will import the Change History from the old database for the previous version of ActiveRoles Server. This is a background process and you may continue to perform regular tasks in ActiveRoles Server without affecting either process.

Active Roles 7.x
For Active Roles 7.0, the new Configuration Center has a link on the main dashboard to launch the Import Management History wizard. This new wizard works in the same way as the old Management History Migration Wizard.
Before you run the Managment History Migration Wizard ensure you modify the amount of data which is kept in the change history database within ARS, found under Configuration- | Server Configuration | Change Tracking log configuration. The default is 30 days:
