Active Roles Replication configuration error: Access to 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10 (4216121)

During the configuration of SQL Replication when promoting the primary ActiveRoles Server, the following error message is displayed:

Access to 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\ReplData\unc\ServerName_DatabaseName_PublicationName\DateTime\' is denied.

The SQL Agent service account on the SQL Publisher requires NTFS permissions to write to the noted path on all SQL server nodes.

Either explicity grant the SQL service account Full Control NTFS permissions or add the account to the local Administrators group. (Note: ensure the local Administrators group has Full Control).
