Receiving an email saying: EGuardPost Session Log Archive Notification ***Partial Failure***
In the message it says Failed to delete Req_237_20080816-#####
The reason the error is appearing is because the eGP/PSM session request no longer not exist. If you look at the request "Req_20080816.., it refers to the date of Year 2008, 08 month, and 16th day" which is the date of the log it is referring to. It is over 999 days ago. Based on the retention period for session requests set, we do not retain eGP sessions any longer than that. The alert is simply stating that the file still exists on the archive server and eGP cannot delete the session.
As soon as eGP can use the configured account for the archive server to delete these sessions, it will delete them from the archive server and the email will stop being sent
If the date is not old try to manually archive by going to par page | session management | session logs | select the log and choose archive now
Here is some other settings to check:
Go to /paradmin webesite and then to System Status/Settings. Look for the Retention Period eGp Archive Log setting and Retention Period Session Request as well.
