When clicking on current status for the affected Cache server (under cache management in the PAR web console), the page times out or eventually returns a message saying that the cache server is unreachable. Upon checking on the status of the cache server (via ssh/remote connection), its connectivity status shows that it is able to contact the PAR device. However, when checking on the PAR cache status, it states that:
Cache Server is running out of virtual memory and needs to be increased.
By default the Cache server is created and running on 1GB of memory. Depending on the size of the environment it may be required to up the memory allocated on the server to handle requests.
Quest Support recommends increasing the memory installed on the Cache server by 512mb and further testing access to the Cache server.
