If you received errors similar to the ones below, follow the steps in the resolution.
Error: Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
A workaround for your issue is available. This issue has been resolved in newer versions of the Quest One TPAM software.
The problem is that there are connection(s) to managed systems which were not closed properly. Disabling the items and stopping the agent should clear the connections, but if it does not a reboot of the appliance is necessary. Follow the steps below:
