When reviewing the AlertsLogs the following error shows numerous times:
A Windows System Error occurred. EventID:11 Source:Disk Description:\Device\Harddisk0
Event ID 11 is a Windows error as reported by the underlying OS, it's not an error TPAM software is reporting. Windows is reporting that the hard drive has bad sectors.
To investigate this issue, please connect the affected appliance to a monitor or use the iDRAC and schedule a reboot. Please capture any errors seen when rebooting the appliance for our review.
Upon confirmation of the issue, A hotfix can be provided by Quest Support that will run ad chkdsk /f. This hotfix would require another reboot.
Upon reboot chkdsk would run and mark the current bad sectors on the disk. Whether or not the disk becomes progessively worse is not something support can confirm.
