The web service for password management is constantly stopping. The alert may appear similar to the following:
"The W3SVC/1391032867 Web server has unexpectedly entered the Stopped state, restarting it now.
This alert was generated at 06/22/2011 15:00:18"
A) Ensure a full backup from the primary is restored by the replica without error (whether automatically or manually)
B) Promote the replica to test mode, or primary mode, in order for a reboot to occur (which is the final step in the replica completing any restore)
A reboot of the system alone should resolve this as well. As with any Windows server where IIS is running, an occasional reboot is necessary.
