Account Management page hangs or becomes unresponsive when listing accounts.
This has been identified as a product defect 3456 in TPAM version 2.4.
1. Navigate your web browser to https://hq01.e-dmzsecurity.com/edmzcust and login
2. Go to Downloads from the Main Menu
3. Select the criteria of All Product Families
4. Click List Downloads
5. Ctrl + F and search for 3456
6. install Hotfix_3456.zip by applying the patch. You will also need to generate a key from the customer portal to apply it.
