When attempting a EGP/PSM session the following error is displayed:
Error Message: "Loading SSHVnc."
"Wait to connect"
Using the Net Tools Diagnostics tools in the /Parconfig interface, perform the following TELNET test from the Appliance to the Remote System. To run this test, perform the following:
1. From appliance launch the /parconfig interface
2. From the main menu, select “Net Tools” | “TelnetTest”
3. Set the Network Address to {IP Address of the Windows System}
4. Set the port to port “3389”
If the test to port 3389 fails, it is possible that there is a routing issue from the appliance to the managed system. Please work with any Network Administrators to ensure proper connectivity between devices.
Also, if the above is unable to resolve the connection issues, test opening port 22 from the client workstation to the TPAM (or DPA) Appliance.
Delete the Java Client cache on the workstation that the user is attempting to create the PSM session from.
- Open Control Panel on the users workstation
- Click Java (32 Bit) - General Tab - Temporary Internet Files - Settings - Delete Files
If the PSM session still fails to load try deleting the User's Internet Browser cache also.
