One of my users experiences an issue that no one else experiences whenever they initiated a PSM session to a Windows Server or a Web Console. The screen doesn't fully "paint", and they had to move their mouse around the screen for the picture to "fill in". I can shadow the session as administrator, and I don't see that symptom on my screen. The PSM Session connect settings are the default, which all users have.
Ensure you are using a recent version of Java on the workstation where the session is being initiated.
