Reviewing previous requests and reports. How can reports for previous months be viewed?
Administrators can review previous requests under the Reports menu. There are various reports available for Password, Session and File request activity.
ISA, Approver and Reviewer users also have the Review menu, which allows them to review requests.
If there is a requirement to view reports for past months, the scheduled reports can be resubmitted and reviewed.
Scheduled Reports are generated daily by TPAM and stored internally. These reports are available for viewing by any administrator or auditor user. Stored reports are retained for a period of time specified by the System Administrator.
