Connection failures between PPM and managed systems
- Firewall blocking ports and/or filtering traffic
- Router or switch network configuration issues
- Functional account has incorrect credentials or insufficient permission
- DNS is not resolving the managed system properly
Please ensure that the managed system is configured properly, that the functional account has the proper credentials and permissions and that there is no network configuration issues that could be blocking the connection. The majority of the time, connection problems are causing by improper configuration.
