The following error shows in the Replica log:
"Primary web server error: 500 Connect failed: connect: Unknown error; Unknown error"
This error indicates a page not found failure during an attempt to establish 443 connectivity from the Replica to the Primary.
This message is usually a result of some network glitch. Users need to confirm port 443 is open between the Primary and Replica.
The issue is network related and the TPAM administrator should contact their Network Team to review settings.
