AD Integration is no longer updating changes to user and systems in TPAM
If all of your configuration settings are set up properly and your TPAM can communicate with your domain controller successfully, there may be a problem with your AD Integration Agent.
Login to /paradmin and go to System / Status and Settings and select Integration Agent.
Even if the agent shows as running, it could be in an unresponsive state. Try stopping and starting the agent to ensure it is running. If you cannot stop or restart the agent, try restarting the appliance. This should resolve the issue and your integrated users and systems should resume updating.
