How can a system administrator force terminate a users PSM Request before it auto expired?
RESOLUTION:
Having an Administrator free up the PSM Session for a new user to connect is possible by performing the following:
- Select “Management” | “Session Mgmt” | “Manage Sessions” from the main drop down menu
- Select the session and click “Terminate” (This will end the session in progress)
If a Review is required on this session request:
- Select the “Listing” tab (use the filter fields if required)
- Select the Request
- Select the “Details” tab
- Enter a response into the response field (For example: “Early Termination” or “DENIED”)
- Click the “Deny Request” button (This will terminate the request and allow another user to request the session)
