When a user attempts to create a PSM session to a target server, they receive the following message in the web browser connection window:
"All of the licensed concurrent viewer/proxy sessions are in use. Please try again later or upgrade your license"
The license installed has been exceeded.
As per the message displayed, the user can wait for another user to terminate a session which will free up a license to allow connection.
Alternatively the administrator can terminate inactive session by viewing /PAR - Management - Session Mgmt - Manage Sessions. This will free up licenses for other users to use.
Customers can contact their Quest Sales Representatives and request an increase in PSM licenses. Please send an email stating the Product, Version and customer details to email@example.com
