After a successful upgrade from 2.3.768 - 2.4.x users accessing /PAR and selecting the "Add Session Request" link from the Home page or navigating through the "Request" menu item then selecting Session - Add Request, users are forced to the "Manage Session" page instead of the expected "Add Request Page".
In 2.3.768 User saved filters caused problems in 2.4.803. The Request - Session - Add request window would not open and users were reverted to the Manage Request page instead.
Clearing the filter fixes the issue on a per user basis. An enhancement was created to have the User defined filters removed prior to an upgrade.
Steps to clear the filter for a user:
This action will clear all existing Filter options configured for the logged in user and will allow users to create PSM session requests and use the expected Add Request page.
