After "Configuring Dell Remote Access on TPAM appliance" the DRAC is not active, no network lights are lit (when a known working network cable is attached and connected to the network).
Soft reset the iDRAC card., This keeps all settings
Press and hold down the System identification "i" button on the device for more than 15 seconds to soft restart the iDRAC card. Retry the network connection
If this still fails reset the iDRAC to default
iDRAC v7 and above
1) Reboot the appliance, selecting CTRL + E when instructed on the boot screen.
2) When presented with the iDRAC6 main menu, select Reset to Default.
3) Select < YES (Continue) >
4) The DRAC will then reset to factory default, when it is complete, it will prompt you to “Press any key to continue…”
The reset is now complete. Please configure the DRAC as per the normal procedure setting the IP address etc.
