When logging into web interface, prompts to download Default.asp file
The TPAM web server is not loading the page properly.
Default.asp is the web page that corresponds to the "Home" page in /parconfig. The reason why it would prompt you to save it is because for some reason it isn't being recognized either by your browser or by the TPAM appliance.
Try clearing your browser cache and temp files, or try using a different browser to see if the same issue occurs.
Try restarting the TPAM appliance, in case the web service isn't responding properly.
One of these workarounds should resolve the issue.
