What are the expected timings for executing the retrieve password function using the TPAM API / CLI ?

Resolution
The expected behaviour and timings of a password retrieve via one of the TPAM API or CLI is 3-5 seconds.
If this is considered slow then the workaround would be to deploy a Cache Server, these are designed for high performance API calls.
